 Return & Exchange Window

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Only items that are unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original packaging will be accepted.

 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Washed, used, stitched, or altered items

  • Products with perfume, stains, or any form of damage

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

 Return/Exchange Procedure

To initiate a request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear product images

  • Reason for return or exchange

After review and approval, you will be instructed to send the parcel back using a reliable courier service.

 Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For exchanges, the shipping cost of the replacement item will also be paid by the customer.

 Incorrect or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.
After verification, a free replacement will be provided.

 Refund Policy

  • Almano does not offer cash refunds.

  • Customers may receive:

    • A product exchange, or

    • Store credit (redeemable on future purchases)

 Final Approval

All return and exchange requests are subject to Almano Quality Control.
We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet policy guidelines.
